I am unable to Log In; what could be the problem?

Your user name and login are case sensitive.  Be sure your CAPS Lock is not on and try again. 

Make sure you are using the correct password.  If this is the first time you are logging in, use the password provided to you.

I am unable to connect to the Scoring Registration System. 

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher.  If you are, make sure that your district does not have the site block with firewall protection.  See your IT administrator or CIO to determine this.

How do I assign an account? 

From the main screen click on “User Administration” then click on “Add User” and follow the screen prompts to assign a user name and password.

Who is responsible for assigning the accounts?

The district CIO or district data administrator is assigned an administrative account, which will allow them to create accounts for all other users.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page or Click “Support” on the bottom of the Home page and call the number listed or contact the district data administrator.
